Reformed thug Doug (Rodney Bedell) decides he's had it with the hoodlum antics of a gang of teen rebels -- including Mitzi, Denny, Lummox and crafty leader Dexter (Ray Sager) -- who keep terrorizing their small Florida town. But when Doug takes steps against the gang, they exact revenge by harassing his girlfriend Jeanne (Agi Gyenes) in this tale of juvenile delinquency gone deadly from exploitation impresario Herschell Gordon Lewis.
